I aim to process orders within 3 - 5 days of confirmation.
Screen prints will be rolled in acid free tissue paper and packaged in a strong cardboard tube for delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day).
Paintings will be protected with glassine paper and securely packaged in cardboard with plenty of padding. As I paint on mdf board and back the board with a wood frame, please be aware that the larger artworks can be fairly heavy.
Paintings will be delivered via Royal Mail Special delivery or ParcelForce 48Hrs depending on size
All artwork will be delivered with tracking.

I am not currently offering shipping to the EU due to customs issues. For other countries, please contact me for shipping terms and prices.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Although I would love you to be completely happy with your purchase, of course I understand that you might change your mind about an artwork for whatever reason.
If this is the case, please do contact me as soon as possible. I will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the artwork must be returned in the condition it was received. Once I have the returned work, I will be able to proceed with the refund.
If the artwork is damaged during delivery, please photograph the damage straight away and get in touch to discuss return, and exchange or refund.
